Project Manager – C1 (1-5 years’ experience)

 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting for small to medium size projects (around 5 team members).
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains forecasts and manages project costs.
  • Identifies staffing requirements and ensures responsibilities of resources are communicated and understood.
  • Manages risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and actions.
  • Manages changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Reports and escalate to management as needed
  • Establishes and oversees status review meetings among project team members.
  • Creates and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including preparation for Stage gate reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus, preferably in the fields of Computer Science, or Information Management or Engineering.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, Infrastructure, Systems Integration.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project or other related PM tools a plus.
  • CAPM / PMP certification a plus

 

Project Manager – C2 (5-10 years’ experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting for medium size projects (around 10-15 team members).
  • Facilitates the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
  • Resolves or assists in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
  • Responsible for assembling and on-boarding the project staff. Ensuring responsibilities of resources are communicated and understood.
  • Facilitates the development of recommended alternatives.
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Develops project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains forecasts and manager project costs.
  • Manages risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and actions.
  • Manages changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Reports and escalates to management as needed.
  • Establishes and oversees status reviews meetings among project team members.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including preparation for stage gate reviews.
  • Manages business change aspects to ensure appropriated information is delivered to key stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus, preferably in the fields of Computer Science, or Information Management or Engineering.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in IT a broad background in a wide range of technologies including software, project management, and major project implementations on cross functional projects..
  • Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools, including sponsor and risk management. Understanding of IT missions and operations.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Experience with MS Project or other related Project tools a plus.
  • PMP certification a plus.
